Content creator Caramel Plug has called out Nollywood actress Anita Joseph after accusing her of editing one of her photos and replacing her face with her own.

Caramel alleged that Anita took a picture she had originally shared online, removed her face, and superimposed Anita's face onto the image before reposting it on social media.

The accusation quickly sparked reactions online, with many criticizing the actress over the altered photo.

Hours after the controversy went viral, Anita Joseph addressed the issue, apologising to Caramel Plug for the "mix-up."

The actress explained that the edited image was generated by her "AI boy," whom she blamed for the mistake. She expressed regret over the incident and asked Caramel Plug for forgiveness.
